Our eight years working in Ukraine always confronted us with an irony: Endless Ukrainians demonstrated the best of American values perhaps better than most Americans. Even while enduring constant manipulation and assassinations from Russia, they pushed tirelessly to become a free member of the west. For eight years we have watched them struggle, endure, if not suffer to become what we often take for granted. It has been an honor to be on this journey with them.

Rubicon Seven Foundation is primarily focused on creating equal opportunities to partake in a future based on sustainability and regeneration. Yet, we begin our work by developing sustainable moral relationships. We as a board have voted to fight for Ukraine because it is morally the right action. We as a foundation will help Ukraine because Ukraine makes this world better. And we will save those we love because for eight years they have loved us.
